Club events

The annual club meeting will be Thursday November 29th  7-8pm at Carman Ainsworth Middle School in the media center All teams need to be represented.  This is the meeting where we vote in officers for the year.  Open board positions will be Chairman.  Anyone in the club is a member and eligible to hold a board position or to put their name on the ballot for any other position: Vice Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, Scheduler, Registrar, Please forward this information to the parents on your team to see if any parent is interested in holding a board position. There will not be a separate board meeting.  All business will be discussed at the open club meeting. There will be a New Team:Manager/Treasurer meeting  for people who have held positions for less than 2 seasons, held prior to the club meeting Nov. 29th 6-7pm in the media center All managers and treasurers should attend for a review of roles and responsibilities: U9 girls U11 girls U12 boys U12 girls U13 boys U14 girls We will discuss planning a budget for winter/spring, winter registration, winter play arrangements and other league procedure questions.
